Elégance Event Planners would like to invite you to participate in our second annual Runway Confessions 2010 Fall Collections. Runway Confessions is not an ordinary fashion show that you see every season. Elégance Event Planners, founded in New York, brings the elegant touch of international cultures, customs, and grandeur of finesse quality like no other event planner. Tori J. Cuddigan, founder and world renowned interior designer and event planner, has planned, coordinated, and executed hundreds of expositions, events, fashion shows, and galas around the world. Several of these events include and are not limited to famous international fashion designers, celebrities, and institutes.
This benefit will contribute to providing scholarships to the local student designers to further their education in the fashion industry and/or help them start a new line of fashion wear. What does this mean? Elégance Event Planners is pleased to present local top fashion student designers from the bay area. These student fashion designers have specifically tailored their lines for this fashion show and can’t wait to see their models strut their creations on the runway.
The date for this fashion show is on August 28, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 9:30pm at Jason’s Restaurant in Greenbrae, CA. This fashion show is first in its class and in the history of Marin County. What makes this different from other fashion shows that have taken place? First of all, this is a "Wine & Dine" fashion show. Secondly, Chef Jason has made an exquisite custom made menu for this show. If you already love their menu… wait till see the menu for the show.
"Wine & Dine" will be begin at 6:00pm and the fashion show will be at 8:00pm.

By purchasing ticket I/accompanying guest of ticket purchaser, hereby grant permission to Elegance Event Planners to photograph me and to record my voice, performances, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and use my picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness and sound as part of the archives, publicity, press release, web advertisement, or any future use of the Fashion show called Runway Confessions Fashion Show (the “Picture”) and the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition and exploitation of the Picture by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used, and/or incorporated and/or exhibited and/or exploited.
I agree that I will not assert or maintain against you, your successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with your authorized use of my physical likeness and sound in the Picture as herein provided. I hereby release you, your successors, assigns and licensees, and each of them, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which I ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of your use as herein provided.
I affirm that neither I, nor anyone acting for me, gave or agreed to give anything of value to any of your employees or any representative of any television station, network or production entity for arranging my appearance on the Picture.
I have read the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound, I have AGREED to this release upon accepting by entering the establishment and attending the fashion show.
Note: If event is not completely booked by August 20, 2010, event will either be postponed or cancelled. Customer will be notified via email. If customer decides, and responds via email, a refund will be made. All possible arrangements will be made to seat parties greater than 2 in the same table(s); not guaranteed. If customer is late, the customer will be dinning at the stage of the meal that is being served. There will be no further refunds 1 week prior to the fashion show unless the event is cancelled by Elégance
